Post Service
As of Monday August 8 2011, we have changed our delivery service so that most of our deliveries now travel with Australia Post. We have done this to make things easier at our end as well as to be able to provide our country customers lower freight rates. We will continue using Fastway for a few months for some orders.
At this stage we are unable to ship overseas.
Deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed, unless an item is unavailable. In this instance we will endeavour to notify you and offer you the choice to hold the stock until the item becomes available or to provide a credit for a later purchase.
Australia Post will collect your signature from you upon delivery to ensure all parcels are delivered safely to your address unless you specify OK TO LEAVE on your order.
Please note that the shipping time frames are estimated and usual but occasionally fall outside these ranges particularly at Christmas.
Timeframe and shipping costs:
We always try to ensure timely delivery of your parcel, however we cannot guarantee delivery times as it is not in our control once the parcel has been handed to the courier. We do put limited tracking on each delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time (Check auspost.com.au for estimated delivery times from our postage point postcode 3204 and the destination selected).
Although our rates are flat rate regardless of size, we are able to offer lower shipping prices for people ordering very small quantities.
Australia wide parcels under 500g - will cost $8.
for example you might choose this option if buying a few Hopper Colours.
Australia wide parcels that will fit in a 2.5kg A3 Satchel will cost $12.
For example you may be able to do this if purchasing only an Elimination Diet Handbook.
