Payment
Currently payments can be made by PayPal , credit card, BPAY and direct deposit. If you wish to pay by direct deposit or BPAY please
Contact Us and send through your order. We will then provide you with a code to use when making your payment.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All Prices displayed are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied at the rate of 10% if GST is applicable.
Order Confirmation Email
You wlll be required to register your details before purchasing from Allergy Train so that we have your shipping and contact details. It is your responsibility to keep these details up to date. When you have placed your order, Allergy Train will send you a confirmation of your order via email. Please check your order confirmation carefully, and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies. Your confirmation advice is your receipt of purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate. Allergy Train will not take responsibility for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Delivery
Whilst we endeavour to process your order on the same day as payment is received, please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order, particularly at peak times.
Estimated shipping time is between 1 and 5 days for most major Australian cities. Regional areas and remote locations may take longer. For further details see

We will always endeavour to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. However once your order leaves Allergy Train, we cannot be responsible for any delay in receipt of goods. You can track your order through Fastway couriers on line
www.fastway.com.au with your label code that is emailed or texted to you when goods have been dispatched. People living in rural or regional areas may receive their order via Australia Post.

As we are not a retail store, we do not offer the option of local pick up.
You will need to sign on receipt of goods from the courier. This is to ensure your delivery does not get lost. Also, we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box address. If possible, please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
Returns and refunds
We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of goods so we can follow up. If appropriate, we will provide you with a credit towards your next purchase for the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the original damaged product. Damaged returns will not be accepted, if you have not notified us within 24 hours after the goods have been received by you. We will pay for freight costs to return the item if the goods are deemed faulty or defective.
If your goods are not of the quality you would reasonably expect, you may send them back to us within 14 days of purchase for assessment and possible credit as long as they are not past their used by or best before date.
