My parcel arrived yesterday - very quick delivery, thankyou. I originally went to your site looking for plain toothpaste as my son has salicylate, glutamate, preservative and food colour intolerances, but I found heaps more. I will definitely be coming back as I can now buy all the things that I currently buy from several different on-line and real stores in the one place. I also found a few things I'd never seen before and some I hadn't been able to locate at all. My son enjoyed his elephant (millet) rings for breakfast this morning. Sandra

Just to let you know that the white Hopper sprinkles and the musk sticks (which I cut into small stars) have helped enormously with making cakes and biscuits look a bit fancy for all of the end of year christmas parties!

"We used to shake our heads and wonder where we'd gone wrong. Our 5-year-old daughter's behaviour and moods were out of control. She was unable to cope with the slightest setback, crumbling to the floor in huge sobs. Or else lashing out with screams and accusations. You could honestly believe she was deaf with her ability to switch us off. We knew people were looking and labelling her. We knew they were talking about how we were doing it wrong. We knew that we were becoming the type of parents we didn't want to be as we struggled with her crazy stuff. She finished grade prep with no friends. Not one.
Under Jenny's guidance, we set about completing a full Elimination Diet; the whole family. It was daunting, but looking at what we were ALLOWED instead of NOT ALLOWED made it more doable.
So, we have discovered she is sensitive to Salicylates and Amines, which was quite daunting at first... but now is simply life. What makes it all worthwhile is getting to know my daughter. She just turned 7 and I am thrilled to say, is able to tell me a great long list of friends. She is always up for a cuddle and has a very silly sense of humour.
I want to grab people by the shoulders and say 'listen to this!' It really has been exciting this year to see her skipping out of her classroom, heads together with another child, giggling. Arranging play dates. I told one mum a few weeks ago about our journey and she kept saying 'Really? this Charlotte??' - She is completely unlike the child she was. I am so glad and just so grateful to Sue Dengate, Failsafe and to you.
